Works created via third-party AI frameworks (e.g., Midjourney, DALL-E, Stable Diffusion) retain attribution rights to their respective artists as documented in our catalog entries.

3. User Submissions & License

When submitting prompts, model outputs, or artwork files to Welcomehubdepox via our contact or gallery upload portals, you grant Welcomehubdepox Creative Technologies AG a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, promote, and index your artwork across digital channels.

4. Prohibited Conduct

Users must not engage in automated scraping of latent space assets, attempt to bypass access controls, submit illegal or infringing prompt material, or disrupt platform infrastructure.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of Switzerland. The sole place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with these terms is Zurich 1, Switzerland.
